This here is Espoir, a female anthro Meowstic with the physical appearance of a male Meowstic (bar her privates of course). Her voice and mannerisms are also fairly masculine, but it's because of how she was raised. Her parents wanted to have two kids, a son and a daughter, but ended up having identical twin daughters instead. It was decided that they would treat one of their daughters as a son, and she ended up evolving into a male Meowstic due to her upbringing while her sister, Raine, evolved into a female Meowstic proper, thus ending their identical status. Even to this day, Espoir believes that she's a male because of her parents.
And yes, I actually created an anthro character on my own.
