Getting this guy's head right is the hard part. I didn't base him off the normal model I use for heads so... he's sort of a soft head to draw. Moshtier has a very structured and understandable head model. I can whip him out no problem with consistency regardless of how long it's been since I've drawn him.
But this dragon! I did not draw him for like a week and it starts to get iffy if I can draw him very quickly! sweet goodness!
So this was half "let's draw the dragon" and "Let's re-learn how to draw this guy." And along the way I decided to do something adorable and thus our main dragon in his wee years :3

I see the resemblance. I drew Mosh to resemble what RooksRooftops is current drawing of Mosh. I have commissioned her to do a take on Mosh and in the process I'm getting a few insights on how to draw characters with more detail.
