From 1995, a piece which, if not exactly cosplay, IS manga-inspired. Null and Void (from "The Sophistikats") are out collecting swimsuits, it would appear...and Tali seems to be their latest target! :D
Interesting trivia bit: This was originally planned to be the cover of TaliVisions #4, but I wound up going with a different design.
