For a long time now I've been wanting to get a piece done of myself and my best friend, the ineffable Mr. Damien Sar, but financial limitations kept that a distant aspiration. Now I'm proud to have this piece to serve as a small gesture of gratitude for Damien, who has over the past three years done more to help me get through my day to day life than anyone else in the past decade. I think this picture succinctly describes our friendship, Tycho shamelessly cackling at something he should not be looking at in public, Damien chagrinned but nonetheless tickled himself. I want to thank Opium for bringing my idea for this scene to life, and Damien for, well...working to keep me alive this long. I do mean it when I say you're my best friend, buddy. :)
