Rilohn, being Prince of the desert in addition to the throne. Pose and attire referenced from some of my favorite Guild Wars stuff.

Rilohn's never worn this robe in-character, but I'm sure he has it somewhere or will acquire it eventually. It's a good wanderer outfit and very monk-ish, so good for throwing out those healing spells while traversing the sand.
