Sadly, I really think this is punishment enough. I had plenty of ideas with other options (like tying him up with his own ears), but this one…
I just want to start treating him like the puppy he is. Peter pad and all. That would be humiliating enough. Anything else would feel like animal cruelty, reguardless of who he was before.
Starting with bellyrubs after being teased/threatened for being so small. I can't help it. And rename him to something embarassing like "Puddles" or "Tinkerbell" or "Keith"
