The left's HP is insanely high, I realize that. To counter his massive staying power, he's forced to have a softer touch. His first, ever present ability is actually a DOWNSIDE. Attacks are weaker to start.
He can recover life, but it requires losing an in-play Foundation one way or the other. Don't become reliant on this power, used sparingly the price should not be too high, but overused, does more harm than good.
On the right, the ability posted plays to a surprising little fact; large or small, a Dragster posesses surprising speed. Toss a Momentum to use your speed to reduce damage.
