Couple points now that I've looked it over more closely...
* When you have Black make the counter-punch, it shows her using her right fist. But when you switch to the view of Red, the glove under her chin looks like it's the left hand. Maybe I'm not seeing it right, but that's how it looks to me.
* Pausing before the hit makes for an interesting way to suggest that time has slowed down or stopped for Red, just enough for her to realize there's nothing she can do to stop that punch. However, the actual impact and the scene of Red falling down are a bit too fast for my tastes. I can't really see what's going on. It also makes it more difficult to see which hand Black hit her with.
The animation is still good. I just thought that, should you make another or redo this one, you could improve on these points I brought up. =P Though do bear in mind I have not animated anything and it's probably best to take my words with a grain of salt.
