Thought I might as well upload this here too.

At last! I've finally have decided to announce the comic series I've been wanting to in years.

For the past six years, I've been planning characters, creatures, monsters and fantasy worlds in hopes of finding a design that would fit the comic. For the most part, I haven't seen these characters change in art style so now seems the best time to promote the teaser image.

This doesn't mean I'll be uploading the comic yet. I'm still working on story and editing. Once I've gotten at least a month's worth of comics, then I'll upload.

Basis:
Embark on an adventure alongside a young boy named Ark and his friends. Watch him travel across Rune, a mystical land inhabited by creatures called Dashics. These magical beings have the ability to bond with their tamers and will even let them ride them as a means of travel. Ark's main goal is to become the best rider in Rune and hopes on competing in the Grand Dashic Derby. Will he succeed or crash trying? Only time will tell.


"Ark" is an adventure comic series set in a wild west/fantasy world. Similar to games/shows like Pokemon and Digimon, there are magical element powered monsters called "Dashics." They are usually tamed and used for riding as well as racing. During races, it's a free for all and anything goes. Cut ahead of riders, take shortcuts and use your Dashic's special abilities to show some elemental power. This world is also filled with an abundance of culture and races unique to Rune.
