So I can't believe I actually forgot to submit this! My brain comes up with weird things during the night, and after reading to many memes online none other then Meme was born. Owning to shiba inus myself, I felt compelled that I had to have a character of my own. This one... is unique. She in herself is a meme, and she has a tendency to go around and shout random things at people rather then attacking them like any other werewolf would.
