A simple animation of 
SilverWingCid punching a steel wall....had problems when converting to an animated gif, as the sparks would look weird. So converted the animation to a png sequence, loaded them all into Photoshop and mad an animated gif that way....took some time, as I never made one with Photoshop before. Had to look that up online, which took some time to find the info I wanted.
