Doodled a little ref to what the warriors of my Avian race, the Miyoni, look like, using this lovely lady as an example ^^
Tanya Faust at around 36 years of age, is a prime example of a warrior of the Miyoni, strong and athletic, she is incredibly capable in a fight.
she's around 2.10 meters in height and weighs 235 kilo, most of that being raw muscle.
The way the warriors are raised and bred makes them reliable in harsh climates, and capable of populating taken planets easily, adapting to the environments as they grow.
Tanya likes spending her time around the weaker miyoni for fun, poking fun at how scrawny most other Miyoni are, but she secretely just wants to be around people, she doesnt like being alone, but she toughs through almost any situation.
her body has flexable armored plating around where their breasts would be, which can fill with liquids, not to milk but to store water for survival.
her stomach is a much softer variant of the armor plating, but just as durable, and can stretch to store food etc for long times of hardship, or feeding their young.

I hope you guys like her design ^^
I was thinking of changing the miyoni's design up abit with the plated chest bits and kinda slimey guts.
