You know, I'm at a point in my life when the old trope of preventing a recurring antagonist from achieving his goal is starting to be a cringy vicious cycle that makes the creators of said trope... look like a bunch of disrespectful, nepotistic assholes.
I am SO SICK of being subjected to watch a tired out, substandard, outdated cartoon trope that I want to watch it all get eaten up in a bloody mess!
If the entire Warner Bros. animation department really wanted to earn the respect of their current audience, then they should have Wile E. Coyote pursue and devour many new characters and not just one. It would be an exhibition of Wile E. Coyote, Super Trope Roaster!
After finally devouring the Road Runner, what if Wile E. Coyote started targeting other Looney Toons characters that allegorized current social groups trying to normalize themselves? Like the LGBT community? What if he chased and pursued a pair of ambiguously gay prairie dogs? A genderfluid squirrel? A trans raccoon? Hell, even the O.G. Bugs Bunny! To me, that would be a big fucking hit worth watching! Bring it, Warner Bois!
