My newest OC, Hoa, which is a feline-like plant creature, somehow manages to get a ref sheet before a lot of my other OCs. Whoops. :T '

Their anatomy is kinda a mix of civets, genets, leopards, fosses and a vine snake [for the tail]. They have no eyes (aside from on the snake head) but instead sense their surroundings with their hyper-sensitive whiskers and other senses. Their eye sockets grow flowers which can be just about any flower type. There are often some flower petals growing out of their neck/nape/shoulders, very rarely full flowers. The flowers are used to attract smaller prey, which they can eat without needing to use much energy or leave their resting spot.
She is a lazy creature, and her hunting style is the "sit and wait" type, where she'll hide under loose soil or plants or in trees and wait for prey to come around. When any alert her senses, she either pounces on them and uses her teeth and claws to pin them down and kill them, or she'll use her tail to deliver a quick death bite and wait for the creature to die, following them at a lazy pace if they flee. She tends to hunt small to medium-sized prey, and because it takes a while for her to digest her prey, she'll find a good place to hide [from potential predators] and rest.
Because she's more plant than animal and due to her pale coat which attracts sunlight, Hoa can photosynthesize. Thus, she doesn't really need to eat, but she does so for similar reasons to predatory plants like the Venus fly trap. She uses the fuel provided by prey to grow and have more energy for traveling. The snake head does not eat and is more powered by stimuli response than its own will. Its eyes only see to aim for bites and don't have amazing vision. Its small fangs deliver a powerful concoction of neurotoxins which paralyze and partially digest prey, and the venom works especially well on smaller prey, killing instantly, while it takes a few seconds to a few minutes to kill larger prey. When not in use, it stays dormant, looking similar to a bud with strong petals on the outside that protect it from easy harm.
When threatened, Hoa's tail quill-thorns will raise, and if need be, she will flick her tail and the quills will fling toward enemies. She usually doesn't want to waste energy fighting, so she'll flee up into trees if the thorns don't work and she's not able to use the snake head for defense. The snake head is rarely used this way, however, as making the venom it uses takes a lot of resources and it could be damaged by a potential predator.
The flower eyes can also be used for reproduction with others in her species, though they're exceptionally rare. The seeds that grow at her paws can disperse seeds of either its offspring or the flowers she's grown in her eye sockets if she hasn't found a mate.
