Behold, an OC!
I'm still fleshing him out, but overall:
He's pretty timid, easily flustered and embarrassed, but warms up to those who show friendship quickly. He pretends to be super embarrassed by diapers, but LOVES them.
His scarf has ribbons/tendrils on it like sylveon ribbons, and they are prehensile but not quite as strong as sylveon ribbons are.
I made this guy because I love cat characters~
