Sooo.. Interesting fact, this was posted to my Sta.sh on June 10, 2016...Yeaah, and I am just now posting to..Eheh oh well.
But not to much of a change, she keeps her colors, vampireism, and cape, but gets the add of some boots, a new design on her hat, lipstick, and a new Hibiscus emblem. (Mainly cause I can't do all her water color tattoos on such a tiny frog >n>)
But yes, here is a concept art, redesign of Kero-Scarlet~ Well concept art, her actual new design is a bit more detailed, thanks in part to CrazyAnaStar, in which she gave her a belt, a pair of gloves, a better scarf with a broach on the side, and a bracelet that turns into her buster blade.
Fun fact! I made this just before Rita actually posted her work of Scarlet's blade, that she did:
