Another song inspired thingy. Though not by the one whose lyrics I used here (that is "Sandblast" - Fox Stevenson) the image itself was inspired by the song in the speedpaint. This part of the lyrics though still seemed quite fitting.

The idea is that there was a creature in a dark and abstract world, but due to some anomaly its reality was shattered by another and the creature ends up falling into the new world. Still reaching out for the rift to its home. This new world might seem beautiful with its endless blue skies. Yet the creature cannot see it, for all beauty and sense is home.

Not entirely happy with the shattering effect, but meh, I tried.
