I agree with Rocky that this kind of match really depends on discipline first and foremost. Specifically because the one with the most disciple will be able to maximally leverage their Patience and Persistence (Tenacity) to endure the longest. It's not really just about strength when they are both so strong, it matters more who keeps their focus in applying that strength the longest. And based on what little I have heard about these characters, Splinter probably would be the one better at that disciplined tenacity. I can easily imagine Chief Bogo losing focus due to frustration, if this is indeed the same or similar Chief Bogo to the original movie one.
That said, my only direct vote is that I want that table to lose to their epic show of power ;3
