Yess like most recently while watching some ctrl paint videos ive started adding some color bounce to my work (where like one color reflects slightly into the other) and I really love the effect! But then again, sometimes I'm forget I'm doing flats and put it on like borderline soft shade... making pure flats look good really depends on the lineart style xD
