as for my question, one thing I often wonder about their choice of clothing - either on all Cérès or if it is restricted to the main settlement of the story:
"..often I see plenty of browns as well as black and white, with other colors being a tad rare (I think).. as well as no markings of any kind neither on fur nor on clothing... is there some story behind such... neutrality ?"

Well, let me re-phrase for him : he has been asked to try many tasks until he finds the one he's good at. In other words : he's not really good at anything. XD
As for your question, I'll answer it myself because poor Naï can't answer it at the moment. Why ? Because the author here never found time yet to think about symbols or runes or représentations of any sort to identify each tribe member's role. But I need to ! There are so many aspects of the clans and species' customs and habits that I'd like to developp to give this world more consistence... Hopefully I will, sooner or later. T_T
But I'm touched that people ask and care about this little world and characters of mines so, thank you !
