Pheona, like Jade, is a skilled Magician. She's the head of her own Magic School, where young children are trained in the art of magic (there's also a second school underneath which Pheona runs for super powered children, but that's not important atm). She adopted Trixie and became her secondary mother after Jade sent her to the school, and continues to be her mother alongside Jade, who recently returned to Trixie after a long time.
