A wonderful Casserole from

******************************
I've done it again haha!
I created this after coming up with the recipe on my own.
Was a test 'n it actually tasted reaaaaally good!
You pretty much see what you need but I'll sum it up anyways x)
Incredients
1 large zucchini
1,5 - 2 onions
7-8 potatoes
3-4 eggs
ca. 450g sliced champignons
2 spoons olive oil
ca. 250ml milk
ca. 100ml water
2 tea spoons salt
cheese (parmesan or already cut pizza cheese)
ca. 300g cut bacon cubes
How to do it
It would be best to start with the potatoes.
You are better off by putting them in a pot with a good amount of water 'n boil them some.
They do not necessarily need to be all done but it will help a lot to at least have them half done..
Now first of all after preparing the potatoes, you need to cut the zucchini in slices 'n then half those.
They shouldn't be thicker than the scroll bar (lol I know the reference is nuts).
After that put the champignons on a sieve in the sink (if they come from a glas).
Last but not least you gotta cut the onions into small pieces.
Let the champignon-water rinse off 'n take a large bowl out to prepare the casserole contents.
Now take 2 potatoes, peel off the skin 'n mash them together till they are all mashy in a bowl.
Fill in the milk, water 'n salt, then stir it some.
When it's well mixed you put in the bacon, onions and champignons and stir it again.
Now add the olive oil 'n again... stir it well.
use a small bowl and fill it with the egg's contents.
You may destroy the "eye" and stir it into a orange substance.
Add about 2/3 of the eggs to the first bowl and stir it again till it's all well mixed.
Once the potatoes are out of the pot and cooled down a little you got to peel the skin off and cut them into slices also.
Take a casserole dish or a roasting tray and cover the ground and walls with about 200g butter
Pre heat the oven and maybe let the butter melt some to make it easier.
Now cover the buttered ground with potatoes, add zucchini slices on top of the potatoe slices 'n then cover it with a
cover of the casserole content you prepared in the bowl. (don't use too much though)
Now add another layer of potatoes, zuchhini and content again.
Once you're past the 2nd layer you should run low of stripes so just finish the third layer and cover it with the rest of the
casserole content, then put the remaining 1/3 egg over it.
Once that's done you just need to cover it up with cheese and throw the stuff into the oven.
Now it depends on heat and effectiveness of the oven.. in my case it was about a little less than an hour at 200°C.
You will notice the cheese slowly turn orange/brownish..
Once that happens poke the stuff 'n if it's soft you're good to go :D
By the way, it depends a little on amount and brand of bacon you used but use less if you don't want the taste
to be too dominant on the end product.
Why you had to prepare and boil the potatoes ?
Well if you hadn't done that you'd have to wait like 2 hours for them to be done in the oven..
Believe me, I tried that 'n while the potatoes only slowly managed to soften the cheese was almost beginning to burn on top.
How to serve
That's too obvious! xD
