Out at sea getting ready for a dive, I grabbed my orca pendant, unaware that it had any effects above the water's surface...I quickly found out how wrong I was when I transformed into a giant feral orca and dropped my pendant into the water!

True. Least you shouldn't be charged, I doubt anyone's gonna believe the damage was caused by 'someone randomly turning into an orca and wrecking the ship' XD
