A little while back (I don't know exactly when), flutterbunny had won an art raffle for a slot from ScorpDK. They had decided to make Tracey the subject of the sketch and this was the result.
This all happened without me knowing about it (been in the dark the whole time), but it was still a surprise to get a note from Flutter containing a link to the finished sketch.
The sketch itself is of considerably larger resolution than what you are looking at now. I took a little liberty to shrink it down to something more manageable both according to FA's resolution limits and in file size. And yes I am aware of the "bypass" method to get around the resolution limits.
It got me itching to do more color practice, but I wanted to ask ScorpDK for the OK first. I did get the green light and I will be posting a flat color version as well, but I figure its perfectly reasonable to post the shrunken original sketch to go alongside it.
Tracey looks pleasantly younger here than in her "present" self in the Ternary Polarity story/art series. I like the effect that had on her expression.
