Just some doodles while I figure out Aku’s design.

Aku’s a Voltaic (electric elemental) in my wife and my’s fantasy project, Parkast. He’s currently located at an underground refugee site after escaping a nearby slave market where non-organics are generally traded off for services. He was stolen from his mage who created him to tend to her shop, and would actually like to get back to her. Due to Voltaic being rare due to their construct item requirements, however, the chances of him finding himself in less than a desirable company is too high for him to head back on his own.

His construct item is a currency token, which he manifests from and it stays within his neck region. Any severe damage will send him back into the token, in which he needs to be resummoned by a mage, preferably the one who created him.

And when he uses too much of his voltage in attacks or other strenuous endeavors, he winds up temporarily drained, in which he fades to a dull blue and his ‘hair’ drops until he’s able to recharge.
