I think this is wishful thinking. Everyone is hoping she's been taking diuretics or something because she'd be so embarrassed and she's adorable when she's embarrassed. On the other hand, drugging someone without their knowledge is wrong and violates their trust. But on the other other hand...rule of funny.
Rule of funny isn't so funny if someone has an allergic reaction to something someone put in their bottle. I've never been to an AB party before, but I can't seriously believe that this would happen at one. If you were told it was an option, that might be okay, but just doing it without people knowing is dangerous and could get the person responsible for the party arrested.
But here is the question. Is it a violation of trust if a mother puts medication in their child's food or drink to make sure the dose is taken? Star did basically give manda the authority to be her caregiver at this party and make decisions for her. If the bottles where laced with some kind of drug that could cause harm if overused then it definitely would be a violation of trust and unreasonable on everyone's part to allow star to continue drinking the laced bottles, But let's say the green bottles are nothing more than baby formula. Formula is perfectly safe to consume even in large quantities but it does promote healthy bowle movements. Star could find herself in serious need of a potty and who knows I have been to parties where the bathroom doors are locked and only big furs have the keys. Star may not be able to find a adult to unlock the bathroom door in time.
Oh sure, all over the world. Depending on where you are, you can find one. They may be monthly, like the now defunct SIDNY in New York, which were monthly munches, to individual parties at people's homes, like picnics and playdates, to larger full day outings, and even weekend outings. There's even a full week camp here in the U.S.
So, yeah, you should be able to find a group near you and join up. FetLife may be a good place to look, I'm not sure about other places to find groups. Others can help you there.

You start with various munches, to show that you're not too creepy, etc. etc., people get to know you, if you seem nice/reasonable/whatever they're looking for, you move on from there. You're not gonna get random invites from strangers that lead anywhere you want to go. Get to know people in a non-threatening public place first.
It's basically just "meet like-minded people, see how it goes."

Ahhhh, babytalk in a white zone! That's a no-no Star dear. BUT, the others are aware of that, and Star IS hypnotized, so if anyone gets in trouble, it shouldn't be Star. I wonder if they'll get a 'talking to.' But, who's the feline with the red badge on inside? There's where ALL the blame will go to, since he should be knowing better.

Yet again, I can't resist the urge to try guessing what happens next. I see 3 possibilities here: Somebody gets in trouble for baby talk. Star finds out what the colour-coded bottles are for. Or she gets told what the bottles are for.
I think I'm hoping for the last one. She gets a new bottle, and she's really thirsty so starts drinking really quickly, and Unka Jimmy cautions her about drinking too much too fast. She manages to utter something understandable as "Why? Is just milk" and then gets an explanation as the others realise she doesn't know. Of course, in the time it takes them to explain she's finished her second bottle, so it's a little late to change her mind.
…sometimes anticipation (and maybe a little dread) can be as nice as a surprise.
Oh, option 4: Draco has earned a spanking for hypnotising a kitten without permission from her effective parent/guardian.
Can't wait to see what comes next, whichever option it is. Maybe there's one we've not thought to expect :)

I suppose there's still a distinction between anthro furryfolk and non-sapient animals; but as far as milk goes, I'm not sure it would make that much difference. Could be :)
One of my initial thoughts was that it could be just an indicator; whether people prefer to be addressed as a child or adult. On bottles rather than badges so you can easily change it during the day; so those with green bottles get the adults talking down to them and going "awww, cute!". It's a bit of a stretch, though, and I think that was probably ruled out when Star commented on the taste.

i don't think there would be drugs involved with a bunch of small children
but there may just be certain chemicals inside of the milk, because there are certain types of milk that have the innate ability to help sooth someone to sleep, or shut off some inhibitors if dilated enough

I'm imagining Bob as like a tough guy antihero with a heart of gold. The kind of protagonist who's sometimes on the right side of the law, sometimes not. He doesn't know why Star is acting like a little kid, he thinks it's probably some kind of plan to get close to the bad guys, so he's willing to play along for now. He's actually enjoying it, but he's got a reputation to uphold, so he does his best frustrated "Why do I put up with this?" stare every time he notices the camera on him.

Wouldn't it be horrible if something happened and Draco had to leave early without breaking Star's hypnosis?
I can just imagine her taking sick days off work and clinging to Lure and Manda for a few days before she gets so frustrated or upset that she "breaks it" and can talk normally again.

Oh my gosh this was so freaking Adorable, this comic just pushed me over the edge. I'm getting my own Furry character (Still new to all of it!) I allready loved ABDL and such and RP a lot on F-list this is just absolutely amazing and I'm sure going to commission once I get the chance when your open again! This was just perfect. Can't wait for more, I read it all in just one day! Super amazing work!
