zanshee species
these are sentient carnivorous psuedo-mammals

depending on climate they will either lay eggs or give live birth and are also fully functioning hermaphrodites though some may be more masculine or feminine than others.

Their tusks are mainly used as display of age and thats it, while the spines on their backs can move up and down to show whether they are agitated or being defensive and they also hold mild neurotoxins that they themselves are immune to.

their 2 tails are identical (though in the picture one looks longer)

their teeth/claws/spines are always a pale grey while the rest of them can be pretty much anything else.

they can also have either a + shaped pupil or a cat slit (which is normally reserved for more feminine ones) and only the vertical part dilates.

they also have stretching and completely prehensile tongues~~

teeth and spines are always light grey.

the tusks and spines are larger the older the Zanshee is, pups dont have them period.

teeth are similar to a wolf and they always have a downward "bump" on the snout.

they have a + shaped or cat slit pupil.

you can change the design/tweak it to your pleasure as long as the face marking stays. its a mandatory marking on the Zanshee.

and lastly, they have paw pads, but only on the last digits of their "fingers"
