I wanted to do a different sort of take on the classical grim reaper with this sort of guy. I think he's something of a guide, one who reaps souls from those trying to cheat death, but also guides lost souls to their final resting place. Also, he's closing on the 22nd and not the 21st, because the 21st is my birthday! And I will undoubtedly be drinking heavily and playing D&D until I pass out that night, so I won't be around to close the auction. |D;
