They called it "Crack Chicken" when I was deployed to Japan. Absolutely the best food I've had so far. Needless to say, we gained a bit of weight when we would pull into home port. Can't seem to make it the same with the ingredients I have at home. I think I buy the wrong type of chicken or something. The closest I could get is the frozen packs of chicken from Walmart, as they don't cut all the fat out.
