Another gryphon! Played around with this one's wings - they're kind of half-spread on this version. (The photos are all of the same figure; the left is varnished, the right isn't, and I took the photos in different lighting conditions which is why the color values fluctuate as much as they do here.) He's about the size of a quarter.

Sculpy clay and acrylic paints, with satin-finish varnish (at least on the final image w/background) for weatherproofing. :D
