I tried doing taxidermy for a while and ive found it to be very difficult. Mad respect, this looks great. How did you do the ears?

I've been fussing with taxidermy for like... over seven years to be honest xD It's been a long and trying road. But there's always more room to improve and learn, don't give up on it, I bet you can do it :D Everyone has their own skills and talents, it just takes time.

And usually I build them up with clay and liners, though bondo is always a good sturdy method. I'm partial to my clay though, and liners have been breaking off forms so I've heard from other people's mounts, so I've just been using clay myself.
