In interest of making sure that the correct person wins, I created an excel sheet to accurately determine the winner. I will use this exact excel sheet for every prize that requires participation in Increasing Torturous Roulette! so I decided to post it for liability purposes (so people don't say it's rigged or anything)

In its current state it supports 20 players (just copy the rows and paste if there are more), it determines the winner from the 3 defined criteria based on the rules spelled out in the Prizes TOS (link below), and there is always a winner each round because of the three criteria defined in the excel sheet and in my Prizes TOS. It also supports incredibly high ranges of numbers (like 1-1000000000) for the extra fun

How to use (to make sure you don't get injured using this excel sheet)
1. Read the rules
2. Read the rules
3. Enter the beginning and end range (like 1-100) at the top of the sheet (whole numbers only)
4. Enter the correct answer (taken from a random number generator, your mind, etc) into the respective box (also whole number)
5. Enter player names and guesses (whole numbers). Any empty spaces just put a very large number outside of the entered range
6. ???
7. Look for the WIN to pop up on the screen. Criteria 1 has highest priority, if no one wins by 1 go to Criteria 2, and if no one wins by 2 go to Criteria 3
