Bio: He comes in much later after Sora gets married to Kairi and has a son. The son's name is Kotarou, and he becomes the new keyblade weilder. Maryn is Selphie's first son, and a one time sidekick to Kota(he was in love with him). After Zuka(Kota's lover and Riku's son) is found out as a heartless and following the path his father once took, Kota was devestated. So, Maryn, being the softie he is, made a deal with Zuka and took his place as a heartless, while Zuka took Maryn's place and stayed with Kota. So Maryn became a heartless minion, with a heart, and refuses to ever hurt his beloved Kotarou.

His scars are a result of his abusive father, who he ended up killing to protect his mom. He's blind in his right eye(side covered by hair) because his father throw embers into his eye and scarred him. He's kind and gentle, and over protective of those who get close to him. He also has a little brother named Malik.
Powers/Abilities: Can control the heartless. That's pretty much it.
