I'm afraid Idon't know much of her from before so I can't say too much ^^;

She's NOT supposed to look Feminine right? (like, definite eyelashes and such, more tomboyish)

I sort of this idea that Julie is in to fashion and she changes her look almost constantly, kinda like Kimiko from "Sholin Showdown"
