Sketched, inked, colored up in SAI, dodged up in Photoshop (BECAUSE I R A TOOL) and of course, some crazy filters for the BG via the former.
I tried to make it look like he has this hazy glow emitting from his eyes, but since he's running its supposed to look like is wisping around...or something.
Later. Maybe something else. BUT...I must run away to game momentarily.
