Yea Ive heard alot of people saying that, and if they do It would be SUCH a lazy way to end the saga I can see them maybe Mergeing the universes that have had screen time into one big Universe, Kinda like the New 52 did. And I think we only have seen 4 main univeses? 7,6 the pride trooper one and 10 i think?
Well 4 other Universes 1, 12, 4 and 9 I believe are safe from this and whoever wins the tournament will get to remain as well. My guess is Goku wished them all back into a brand new Universe 6 with all of their mortal rankings combined to prevent them from being erased in the future.
We just got a brand new Legendary Super Saiyan with other characters we'd love to see more of from different Universes. Don't get rid of them now.
New theory: Zeno(s) and the Grand Priest only allow Goku to wish back all the combatants but only one Universe and he picks Universe 6. Thus bringing back Champa as well.
