No, not on tiptoe. The foot straight and is at an angle relative to the floor.

They look awesome but it wont take long until your feet will really hurt like hell. After a lot of years using them I abandoned using toe walking hooves do to my feet hurting really bad after a few short hours. I now use wedge boots that have no more than a two inch heel and use an illusion affect to make it look like I am walking on my toes. I can wear my new hooves to a renaissance fair for 12 hours and my feet don't hurt really bad for days afterwords.

For a fursuit parade or more so for a photo shoot your hooves are going to look totally bad ass!

Do you walk in them the same way as high heel shoes?

this style of hoof tends to work like high heeled shoes but without the extra support of the heel in the back to take your weight, so it's a bit more tiring than heels would be since you have to maintain that balance on your own
