Dahra
Early 20s
Wiccan
Short, but makes up for it in spirit
A little selfish, sensual, dutiful
Additional References
A combination of video game and superhero elements that I love into a character type I don't commonly work with.
Now the LONG commentary
New-dog-on-the-street here is part of a new character creation philosophy I've set up for myself. To sum up the best I can, a number of my characters were simply created because I wanted an anthro of it's species, leaving a lot of back-end and after-thought to culminate a personality. Belle is a good example of this.
Now its clear to me that characters come out the better with more thought put into it. Vida's redesign is the best representation of this (despite suffering from the same origin as Belle had).
So my new philosophy is "Consider animal type as important for a new character as skin tone or eye color." The animal type shouldn't have a large barring on the character's being.
This week, I had the benefit of a new idea that I may run in a future edition of one of my stories. An idea that I can start this philosophy out with; Dahra (...is the beginning, but I won't complicate this will those details >.> ).
With her I had clear inspiration to work from, motive to create and incorporate within my continuity, a personality and framework for a back story, and plenty of elements to base the design off of.
The result: A Wiccan Collie (with underlying water elements to her design).
