Would it be possible to make him a bit bigger? Hea25, and height 5'11?

The suit can be modified to fit someone at 5'11. However, we won't be able to make the inside of the head bigger. Someone with a circumference of 25" will be able to fit the head but it will be a tight and possibly an uncomfortable fit.
