there aren't many "changes" to the city other then business and people changing places but yes

Yeah although if she got her hands on an old map I bet that she'd be using it to find the really deep secrets of the city's past. Like for example The Secret Generators that is underneath Grand Central Station in New York City.

But that's because as a player I know the history.
