After some time has past, I have decided to make a new OC. Everyone say hello to Neo. He is a shy, lovable, gay White Tiger. He is always at Flames' side and never wants to be next to anyone other then him. Neo can never be mean or angry. He is an extremely sensitive guy and want nothing to do with any angry person. All he wants is love and to love everybody.
