HE's done, and he's so good. Sure, he doesn't have visible pecs, but he is a balloon after all. Does he really need them? XD. (if so, that's why we have shape keys) So, he has a one way valve in his trunk for air to go in, but not to go out. if you want to deflate him (why?!) you need to pull on his trunk AND tail at the same time, until he starts to stretch in order for the valve to open.
