Nice job, you're gettin' better with your coloring!
Watch your whitespace between tones though, it's not too evident here, mostly visible in the bat's face, you can see the little white specks around the lines. By the look of this picture you were working with a pencil drawing, right? Given that you did really well for what you were given, I find pencil drawings particularly difficult to color.
Another thing, whan you're drawing stripes try to make them taper to a point rather than end abruptly. The marking's in Ogun's legs is the best example of this. In the left leg the lines are a little bit wobbly and then end with the round shape of the brush you were using. And I know it can be hard, especially if you don't have a Wacom, but try to keep the lines evenly spaced. Zoom in to like, 300-600x if you need to and scrutinize the evenness of the lines.
Your shading's gettin' a lot better too, but I've got a challenge for ya! Instead of doing one layer of shading, try doing 3. A dark shadow, a light shadow, and a highlight. Examine closely the muscle structure, even if there's no actual lines for it on the lineart, and be aware of where those slight shadows would be. Highlighting I would use sparringly, but when applied to those particularly bright areas of the figure, it can really bring a nice 3 dimentional element to it.
Overall great job, keep workin' at it! I love the way you did the background wall, calm and not distracting, but it fills the space nicely.

Thanks Fritzy
As far as Vince's Face, i made sure to go in as far as i possibley could to do so, his muzzle is completely yellow, even though there are areas that look white.
Ogun's Stripes thoses were interesting to do since they were a bit thin in the orginal, also my mouse area is less then six inches [uses the arm of my chair for my mouse]
as far as shading thats a hard thing for me cause i know its all dependnt on light and what not. thats my hardest thing working with a black and white or line art is i cant usually tell were a light source is coming from
also i belive you use Photoshop correct? or are you familiar with Paintshop Pro at all? pony boy does wanna get better at this
as far as background thanks i alway s try to go for something other then white cant stand just plain white so i pick gentle colors that aren't hard on my eyes at least and try to do some blending to see the results

The muzzle on Vince looks fine, I was more referring to around the eyes. And yeah, this kinda thing is very hard with a mouse, that's why I've given up on digital coloring until I can get a Wacom tablet xD I can see how it'd be difficult to determine where the original artist's light source was, but if you can't figure it out just make up your own. I usually put mine in top left, occationally top right, depends on which direction the charcaters are facing. In this I'd go top right. Yeah, I'm usin' Photoshop CS, havn't used Paintshop pro, but it can't be all that much different.
ok that i didn't notice ^^. as for coloring , i will stick to mouse, i cant use a tablet for shot, its like i shive it up my ass and drew side way swith it, i cant hit proportions with it. as far as lighting like the previous pic things like that what if you know your lighting is over head as like a classroom or something more natural like the sufer coloration? as far as photoshop vs psp i tried it oonce before and was lost, and vice versa with riley using psp lol
