Dutch Angel dragon are a species created by Ino89777
This adorable dutchie is dedicated to "paint" the nightsky with stars.
Using their breath, wings or their tail, they can make lot of stars in a hearbeat and give the sky a beautiful look.
When they meet other creatures, they can grant wishes, but only on full moon.
The cristal on their chest reacts to the moon, meaning that it can change depending on moon's phases.
They have a high-pitched voice that can cause rain of stars.
