A newish character of mine, inspired by suggestion from friends this guy quickly developed into a character surprisingly quickly for me.

Toirach Hextyle is the one of the younger members of the family by  thyzara's Celise, and in terms of age, is only ahead of only  litarath's Vyrdania. Unlike most of his siblings the Jolteon hasn't entirely settled upon a Career path yet, attributed in no small part to his patterns. While he's awake he is very difficuilt to keep settled and relaxed, much like chaotic electricity. Once he's burnt out he crashes for a nap. This has made many careers that take quite the time and effort as a hurdle.

He has developed quite a fascination with rare metals along with Electromagnetism, the earring and bracer made with Platinum, an excellent conductor that he is always looking out for more off.

He has two main states, his groomed state and battle-ready state, in which his fur bristles and spikes up. He is relatively well groomed, His siblings grabbing him for all kinds of tests of new products. Despite the sudden-ness of such occurances he has grown to appreciate those moments.
