Description:
A perfect clear blue sky on a cool Sunday morning.
A perfectly tuned carburetor.
An engine with only a few dozen miles in it.
A road with few curves and with little to no traffic.
And above all else, a timeless owner.
There's only so much that a car from the 1950s would ask for to be at it's absolute happiest. And for Pinkie, it sure wasn't any different.

Wow... so, since Im messing around with my Wacom Tablet as well as Clip Pro Studio, I decided to do a bit of inking and coloring on this piece and it came out FAR better than I initially assumed. Granted, I had some refference materials for the colors and all and I ditched on the license plate, but still surprised at the results! Anyway, going with the originial sketch description here below:
This gift commission of I decided on a complete whim to draw for Half-Dude for their character Pinkie took a bit longer than I expected! Roughly about 2-3 hours or sketching, lining and shading was put into this, and really, I kinda lost track of that time (I mean, as I typed this on DeviantArt, it's freakin 4:30AM in the morning, hence any possible grammar errors and typos in this thing XD). Out of all the stories Ive read on the net, Pinkie's story is still my absolute favorite and I feel my appreciation for what Half Dude wrote years ago hasn't been warranted enough with words, so I decided to draw this. The idea I had was what I'd personally imagine as Pinkie's "heaven" per say. Being back in her prime and with the one she saw grow up as a toddler to a young lady (though I couldn't draw Violet much in the angle I had Pinkie to begin with!)
If you haven't seen Half-Dude's stories on Pinkie and Violet, I highly encourage you to check it out, especially if you're a car fanatic. It's an absolute must read.
