Shes a work in progress but I like how shes . Shes the daughter of Panzer and Raiyn Koopa, though shes far different than other koopas. Instead of breathing fire, she breaths ice and can turn her enemies into frozen statues. I'll have a colored version of her soon but I hope you like her ^^
