I love his pose and his facial expression!
I can see his legs being slightly less angular, more rounded. I love his feet. =3
also, you could make the tail less angular as well. A bit more rounded.
Other then that, he looks good! Maybe soften up couple lines around the face, make him more, friendly looking y'know? =3

Goodness me! *giggles* Well, he and i are both robotic, or in my case am from time to time :) i am currently in the process of getting a piece of reference artwork made of the robotic me *giggles* after that has been created, i would absolutely adore taking you up on that offer :D
