Meet the youngest queen of Vire, Petunia Stroginov III! Petunia was forced to ascend to the throne at the young age of 5, her kingdom in a state of civil reform to a constitutional monarchy, and an agricultural revolution that made the fertile fields flourish and plummet food prices to almost nothing. As a result, Petunia ascended into little responsibility, but great wealth, power, and of course, a LOT of food. Over the course of a few years she'd balloon into the round little shortstack you see here, turning greedy, spoiled, and utterly gluttonous.

Petunia's short stature and young appearance comes from an unfortunate and incestuous heritage, keeping her from growing much beyond her middling height and aging beyond the look of a child. Because of this, and her seeming inability to mature, she's given the title "The Eternal Brat" under people's breaths. She's not particularly fond of adults in the slightest, thinking of them as below her, but she's incredibly fond of kids.

The Stroginov's consider their tails as a measure of their appearance. Petunia is keen on growing hers out as big as she can, which is fortunate because her tail has a tendency to grow along with her. She's been observed cuddling it in her sleep.

There have been plots to exile her to distant relatives if only to give the servants a day to breathe. She always finds her way back to shore one way or another. She absolutely hates it if you don't acknowledge her as a queen.
