Don't worry about the broken timeline... I think nobody would hold it against you that you just haven't found a "stable ground" yet from which to work on.
I ... Guess I know a little bit about how you feel right now... With my Tulpas I too have "split" personalities, albeit for me it was voluntary ...

Well, what I want to say is that I really hope that you can find a stable mental ground. Something from which to work on, where you can feel comfortable.
Something from where to resolve the conflict, or at least get a better overview of it.
